Has anyone harvested this? I have a field of it! It's not the poison variety--no worries there. Do you harvest bark? Leaves? Roots?Young plants? Older plants? Bark? Roots? Leaves? Time of year? And how have you actually used it?

I harvest and use sumac berries. I harvest when deep red and dry them and use them or gind into poweder.
Sumac (Rhus coriaria) phytochemical, antioxidant, anticancer, antimicrobial. You can make an tincture or use in tea. They make a great lemondaid.
