Hi all. I have a client that has been having problems with digestion, headaches, a little heartburn, and muscle lock testing indicates weak pancreatic enzymes. Would digestive bitters help with this? If not, are there any suggestions to help her? Should I steer her toward taking plant enzymes? Perhaps wild yam or something like that to open up the duct from the pancreas to the duodenum? Feeling unsure about how to proceed.

A person I worked with had an obviously cold/slow digestion, bloating, with possibly SIBO or Candida overgrowth. She was sensitive to spices. Can we correct the problem without using heating herbs? Should she do the spices anyways and hope she will tolerate them better as she heals? What would you do for her?

I see a lot of women's hormonal and PMS support supplements out there put Dong Quai and Chastetree together. Wouldn't that work at cross purposes? If you want to balance hormones for PMS-D, what herbs should go with Dong Quai, or is it ok to take the Chastetree combo?

Have any of you had success with herbal remedies for migraines? I have a friend who is plagued by them once a month. She has been on Evening primrose 3600 mg and magnesium glycinate daily for a couple weeks, and it didn't help. Meadowsweet didn't help her with her intense nausea either, although she didn't throw up. I really want to help her.

I was very intrigued by this article. The writer gives detailed symptoms of what his body is dealing with after being treated for Covid19. https://amp.cnn.com/cnn/2020/07/07/health/richard-quest-covid-wellness-intl/index.html This person has "recovered" from the virus and has antibodies in his system, but he is still dealing with lingering symptoms. We can't really discern what his energetics are, so we maybe wouldn't be able to pick exact herbal combining, but what systems in his body would we concentrate on supporting?

I am a little confused about the traditional herbal pairings listed at the end of our lessons. The adrenal trophorestorative pair is licorice and dandelion leaf. What is the help in giving such a strong diuretic? I have a friend who is getting terrible migraines and I think it might be from a reactive hypoglycemia from an addiction to coffee. I want to help her restore her overworked adrenals, but would dandelion leaf be ok to give with migraines? Thank you.

What do you folks think about the algae vegan omega 3 with DHA capsules out there? Will they work just as well as fish oil for depression or dry eye?
