Hello! Nice to meet you all, I'm Lexie a master herbalist student here as of the beginning of 2020. I created this discussion to hopefully increase traffic to this forum and meet some of you studying and practicing herbs. So, when I first started learning about an individual's constitution or forefront humour, I was curious to make connections to myself. However, my observations are not too conclusive. I am curious to hear stories about how you discovered more about yourselves and your personal constitutions. Does anyone feel a strong connection to certain energetics or a certain TCM constitution?
